| Auto Dispenser | Auto-Dispenser dispatched inside a hot cell is designed to automatically dispense radiopharmaceuticals into a vial in order to minimize an exposure time and therefore protect workers from being exposed to radio hazardous materials while producing radiopharmaceuticals. Auto-Dispenser falls onto two types depending on the size of containers, Vial & Syringe, into which an Auto Dispenser put radiopharmaceuticals. The dispenser developed by Nuclear Light is Auto-Dispenser designed to dispense inside Ion Chamber where operators is precisely able to measure the volume of radiopharmaceuticals, resulting in the increase of accuracy of the amount as planned. It is made possible by measuring the weight of an empty vial before a whole process begins. And at the end of a dispensing done, it is measured again to see a weight change after a dispensing process complete. In addition, one of the advantages Auto-Dispenser is capable of is to dispense radiopharmaceuticals with a cap or rubber closed, and therefore minimizes contamination level of which an ordinary dispensing unit is often particularly vulnerable. All the vials and fitting tubes used in dispensing are manufactured and supplied to its end users together. |
